Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Peterman, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoyt, all of Tracy, became grandparents again with the birth of Kathleen Mary Hoyt July 12, in Tracy Community Memorial Hospital.

She weighed six pounds and 11 ounces. The proud parents are Mr. and. Mrs. Bob F. Hoyt of Route 2, Box 116, and brother and sister of the baby are Edward, four years old, and Kristie, two and one-half.

She was born at 5:00 a.m. and was 17-1/2" long per Dr. H. R. Ellis

These were the first pictures of Kathy. She was about three months old in her first picture.

The parents settled on Kathleen because it went well with Kristie, her older sister, and Mary--named after her great-grandmother Snow, her grandmother Peterman, and her mother.

A montague of three poses.

On the way home from Kathleen's baptism [Saint Bernard Church Aug. 29, 1955], her mother noticed one of her booties missing. Everbody searched through the car, but we couldn't find it, so we went back to the church and found it laying in the gutter in front of the chruch. This made her mother very sad, as there is something very sentimental about a little lost shoe, it looked so lonesome lying there.

Here is a cute picture of her at one year old. She already seemed pretty alert at this age.

She smiled when she was 2 weeks old at Grandma Hoyt and Aunt Jean, Mother and Dad. She laughed out loud at 2 months old.

At 3 months old, she would notice the different designs in her mother bouces and grasp at them.
